Now more than ever, it is incumbent on anyone who works in construction to understand the value and the significance of respectfulness and inclusivity in the workplace.

The construction industry naturally invites participation by people from countless backgrounds, each of whom brings their unique perspective to bear on day-to-day operations. Understanding those perspectives and including them in decision-making and problem-solving processes is a critical element of not only building a welcoming workplace culture, but also creating a more productive company.
